What is a Certified Kingdom Advisor®?

When anyone can call themselves a Christian financial advisor, how can you know who to trust?

Kingdom Advisors is a non-profit organization that trains and connects Christian financial professionals who integrate biblical principles into their financial, legal, and accounting practices. Its vision is to “transform the world by leading the Christian financial industry in delivering biblical financial advice.” One way they do this is by providing advocacy, training, and community for Christian financial professionals.

Kingdom Advisors also oversees the Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®) designation, the standard of excellence for biblically sound financial advice. The CKA® certification gives clients a reliable way to identify professionals who have been trained to integrate Christian values into financial decision-making.

What are the requirements to earn the CKA® designation?

The CKA® Educational Program is an online course designed to be completed over six months. It is currently offered through Indiana Wesleyan University.

The curriculum covers much of the core material taught in the CFP® certification program, but through a biblical worldview. It also emphasizes Scripture memorization as an integral part of giving advice from a biblical perspective.

How can you find a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®)?

Increasingly, Christian clients want advisors who can help them wisely steward the resources God has entrusted to them.If a Christian worldview is important to you, we encourage you to look for an advisor who holds both the CFP® certification and the CKA® designation. Kingdom Advisors also offers a public directory where you can search for a CKA near you, giving you a way to verify who you’re working with.
