The Survey Results are in!

Thank you to all of you who took the time to complete our 2014 Annual Client Satisfaction Survey. Many of you provided informative comments as well. Double kudos! It helps us understand what is going well and where we can improve over time.

Here are a few of the highlights:

• Overall, the client satisfaction score was 9.5 out of 10.
• Our clients trust us and are ready and willing to refer others to us. So keep the referrals coming!
• The relationships we are building, the accountability we provide and the fee structure we offer are highly valued.
• We heard that more educational opportunities would be appreciated and we plan to offer them. We’re offering an Investment Philosophy webinar on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
• We will also be sharing more about our Purposeful Living Process, enhanced scheduling system and secure online document vault.
