A summer of growth at Sound Stewardship
Earlier this year, our team achieved 13 years in business — and year 14 has proven to be an exciting one. Our firm is growing in a number of ways to serve you even better. Here’s the latest at Sound Stewardship:
Welcoming Dan Reiter and celebrating team anniversaries
Please join us in welcoming Dan Reiter, CFP®, to our Client Care Team! Dan joins Derek Hensley as our second Client Care Specialist. His responsibilities include serving our advisors in preparation for upcoming meetings plus implementing decisions made during client meetings.
Dan brings years of experience in financial planning as well as a Masters in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. We are thankful to have Dan’s expertise, and he looks forward to serving our clients.
As we welcome Dan, we also celebrate work milestones of two more team members. This summer, Joel Reimer marks four years with our firm, and Derek marks two years serving Sound Stewardship clients. Joel and Derek, thank you for your dedication!
Announcing our move to SEC Oversight
We recently crossed a major milestone that few firms do: we now have over $100 million in assets under management. Though we are more interested in total net worths of clients (which is a much larger number), managed assets are the focus for regulators. We’ve now moved from state to federal oversight under the SEC. This is a sign not only of our growth and stability, but of our clients’ as well.
Building a new SoundStewardship.com
It’s been about five years since we changed our name to Sound Stewardship. When we launched our website at that time, it was cutting edge for financial planning firms. Now, it’s time for another overhaul to enhance your online experience. Our friends at Fervor are actively preparing to unveil our new website later this summer. The new site will deliver a better online experience to both our current and prospective clients.
As Sound Stewardship grows, we remain as committed as ever to our unique approach to financial planning. Thank you for being part of the journey!< Back to Updates
